Campaign set up

We make no charges to set up a new project, as we want to build long term relationships with customers and are willing to invest time at the start to get the project up and running.

For each customer we will build a database on our CRM system so that we can monitor the progress and effectiveness of the campaign at all times. Each customer requires different information to be gathered and the fields for each database will be bespoke.

Prior to making live calls, we will run training sessions and include role plays either on your site, or in our training suite. This ensures that everyone is happy with the content of the call and has a good knowledge of the campaign requirements.

In the first few days of the campaign we will report regularly, giving positive and negative feedback.

We welcome clients to visit and spend time with their team and listening to the call content.
