Another of the longest serving team members, Lynn has over 9 years with Projects and in that time has been instrumental in the growth and client retention. With a determination to deliver high quality appointments, Lynn works really hard to understand the specific needs of each customer and to then focus the campaign to achieve the best results possible.
Having worked on both commercial campaigns and funded ones, Lynn's major campaigns have been in the training sector and also within facilities management. In all cases, Lynn will deliver a conversation based telemarketing call which will identify the needs of the target contact and make a business case for arranging a meeting.
